    Facilitator Cleaning services can provide cleaning services for your rental properties! We can do weekly, bi-weekly, monthly or an on-call schedule to help you maintain your properties. In the kitchen we will clean:

• appliances
• counters and back splash and sink
• outside of cabinets
• tables and chairs
• in and outside of refrigerator
• dishwasher and wash and put away any other dishes
• clean inside oven and top of range
• take out garbage
• sweep/ wash floors
• leave clean dish towels/sponges
• replace any dish detergent, dishwasher detergent, paper towels, coffee filters, and garbage bags.

The living room :

• clean sofa, check under seat cushions, vacuum if needed, leave clean linens if sofa bed
• clean glass doors/ windows
• dust all furniture and stands, lamps, and ceiling fan
  
• dust around windows and sills
• empty garbage cans
• vacuum/sweep and or mop floors

For the bedrooms:

• check windows, clean windows and mirrors
  
• check light bulbs and replace if blown
• check drawers and closets for anything guests may have forgotten
• change sheets and pillow cases and check to be sure bedspread is clean.
  
• dust furniture
  
• vacuum/sweep floor and mop
• empty garbage cans

For the bathrooms:

• sanitize and wash the shower, bath tub, and sink and back splash
• check and clean windows and mirrors
  
• sanitize the toilet and handle
  
• sweep and wash the floor
• shine faucets and shower head and clean door knobs
• restock hand soap, shampoo/conditioner, linens, towels, toilet paper,  and paper towels.
  

All other rooms:

• check for any cobwebs or dust

• check for cobwebs in the doors to enter house
• clean patio furniture and tables, and grill
• check and change light bulbs if needed
• sweep walk ways
• shake off door mats
